1. General Terms

By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Shanthamma Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
For outstation trips, a minimum booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes are generally NOT included in the base fare unless explicitly stated in your custom quote. These will be charged at actuals during the trip.
The final billing amount will be based on the actual kilometers driven or hours used, depending on the agreed-upon package.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the rare event that Shanthamma Tours and Travels must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdown), a full refund will be provided or an alternative vehicle will be arranged.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to treat the drivers and vehicles with respect.
Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by passengers will result in a cleaning or repair fee charged to the booking party.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide timely and safe travel, Shanthamma Tours and Travels is not liable for any delays caused by heavy traffic, roadblocks, adverse weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our control. We are not responsible for any missed flights or appointments resulting from such delays.
